I am a 21 year old female. I just spoke to someone about this and they said you need to be purified at all times for this ilm. Is that true?

Searching in internet how to learn ilm al jafar I found your wonderfull page .
Unfortunately I can not arabic. My question to you is if you can me advice how can I in any easy way learn everything arabic leters and ilm al jafar.
Or... is there any dua you know that would help me to gain all this knowledge with help of Allah?
